Well, here is the result:

I am a very proud mummy!
E is now busy spinning a grogeous baby cake (batt) from Loop. These things are seriously beautiful! However, my daughter has caught the 'how thin can I spin' bug & has decided she needs to save up to buy a new, lighter spindle.
Thats my girl ;)

Wow... plied too! What a clever girl! Ex
Well done E! I can remember catching that very same 'how-thin-can-I-spin' bug as a kid. It took me far too long to realise that thinner is not always better and that the end product was cuter a bit more bulky...like E's. That is gorgeous!!
Gorgeous! She's so clever :)
that yarn looks great :) When I was little my mom always took the time to help me try new crafty things too... what a wonderful gift to give a child - a love of creating things with one's hands!
congrats on the fantastic first try... will we see more?
hey that's really good :-) could you pop it on the crafty blog ? x
